How to process Long-term Course(April session）
By August, previous year,
Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm
Contact with school
From August, previous year
Start Japanese study
September, previous year
Join the school fair and get a counsel with school staff
October, previous year
Start preparing required documents
On each exam date
Take Japanese exam（JLPT,J-TEST, NAT-TEST, TOPJ, GNK etc.）
Note: Plan ahead to be able to obtain the result by the time you apply to school
By the middle of November, previous year
Submit all the required documents to school
December, previous year
The documents are to be submitted to Immigration
At the end of February
The result of COE is to be informed applicants from school
Within 3 days after the result informed
Invoice, Notification letter and Admission letter(Copy) are to be sent to applicants
By March 10th
Pay the tuition to school
Inform school for the airport pick-up service or school dormitory if needed
Within 3 days after confirming the payment
The documents (COE, Admission letter original, Applicants’ submitted documents original) are to be mailed to applicants
Within 1 week after receiving the documents
Apply for visa to Embassy of Japan or consulate
Within 3 days after the visa get issued
Inform school as soon as visa get issued and the arrival date in Japan
By 2 days before the leaving date
Confirm with school the arrival date and time, especially those who requested the airport pick-up and the school dormitory
How to process Short-term Course
One month prior to your desired starting date,
Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm

1 or 2 weeks prior to your desired starting date,
Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm
Come to school and get a counsel with school staff
Take a trial lesson after a placement test
By the first day
Decide the first lesson date, pay the tuition, submit your schedule
On your first day

Eligibility & Regulations
1. For all Japanese learners regardless of their visa status.
2. The trial lesson for about one hour can be available before taking actual lesson.
3. Starting date can be at any time, however we would have to discuss according to school schedule.
4. School would not be able to accept someone as our student due to their Japanese ability or their goals of Japanese study.
5. The lesson hour could be arranged upon request. However, school might not be able to meet your request due to school schedule.

Lesson fee
Registration fee： 5,000 yen
Lesson fee： 4,000 yen per hour
